Points to remember when typing a document

For efficiency's sake, when typing a document, especially using Microsoft Word or similar programs, please adhere to the following:
  1. The difficult part of the task is in the typing of the document, especially if it's more than a page long. So the first thing you want to do is, get that difficult part of typing the document done first.
  2. The next task is now to format your document, as it has now become so easy to do as it is mostly select and clicks with the mouse.
  3. The final task than is to do spell and grammar check, using the inbuilt Spelling and Grammar Tool incorporated in most word processors.
Once you remember these points, typing documents will be an enjoyable task to do.
